The belt unit is defective; it doesn't recognize cards, and the "Execution" and "Justice Order" sounds don't play. The cutting card also doesn't descend.
However, the other "Zai Rise" sounds (i.e., transformation play), special move sounds, and dialogue play function normally. The Progrise Keys are also in perfect working order. Furthermore, the special move sounds for each Rider when Justice Order is activated can still be heard from the Progrise Keys.
