Damage caused by accidents, falls, abuse or misuse is not covered by this limited warranty. To initiate a warranty or repair request, customers within the USA should email usaauth@leatt.com. If you are outside of the USA please email info@leatt.com. Product must be washed before it is returned to a participating retail dealer or mailed to us, and a complete description stating the problem along with a copy of the original retail invoice and consumer contact details should be included. Warranty shipments to the LEATT must be pre-paid. Customers should send their warranty items via a carrier that provides insurance and tracking as LEATT cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages.
