This is "Orihime" released by Tommy (now Takara Tomy) in the 1980s. It's a vintage, retro toy.
Unused and new.
It's deadstock from a former toy store owned by an acquaintance.
It has been stored in a box in a closet, so the condition (appearance only) is good, but the packaging is quite dirty as it is an old item. The operation has not been confirmed.
The instruction manual is folded due to poor storage, but it is clean without any stains.
There are several pieces of backing paper, and they are partially yellowed.
